My name is Michael Pilliod, the owner of RenoFix Home Pro LLC. I arrived at this business from an unusual path. For much of my career I was a business leader in the tech industry by day and a contractor by night. Before moving out West, I was doing full home renovations regularly. After returning to the Midwest for my wife’s career, I found myself being called up by nearly everyone I knew to fix the shoddy work of so called “pros”. Disgusted by what passes for acceptable quality, I knew that this was not only a business opportunity, but a way to provide others with genuinely excellent workmanship. I care and it shows. I’m willing to put my work up against anyone and I’ll win every time!!!
I run my business with only one concern and that’s delivering the absolute best result! I don’t subcontract. If you hire me, I will be there. You will not be getting a day laborer with questionable insurance and even more questionable skills.
My focus is electrical, finish carpentry, and general repair. I have a broad skillset that allows your creativity to really flow. If you want something really exotic, I can create 3D models and fabricate just about anything you can dream of. I’ve worked in steel, aluminum, and even space age composites. I can deliver just about any finish, from basic satin cabinets to hot rod candy apple red. I’ve even designed custom circuit boards.
